We knew we wanted to live in Aveley when we chose to sell our then property in the Hills. Like most people we looked at the reiwa and realestate.com websites to narrow down our options. We looked at a few homes but none of them was just right. Marion greeted us warmly at the door of the Open Home and showed us through. No pressure, she let the home speak for itself. It was the one so a couple of hours later we put in an offer which was accepted conditional upon sale of our own, which was itself under contract. Unfortunately our then home did not become unconditional within the contract time and the vendors did not extend the contract to us or Marion. Eventually however, we were able to purchase the house. Marion did a great deal to help us, negotiating with the purchasers of our original home and the vendors of our new home.
