Unfortunately my property was under evaluated when the appraisal was done by Marisa. She relied on the evidence of the previous selling prices, which was around 12 months ago, the time when the last unit in the complex was sold! She should’ve done extra work to give a proper appraisal! I know Marisa from before, therefore I didn’t bring any other agents for more free appraisals. The value was under estimated by around $40k! At the end of the day it was my fault, but I totally relied on the expert opinion! Life is full of lessons…. Thank you Marisa and thanks for Mint realestate!
