I really can't recommend Marisa highly enough. After my initial phone call, Marisa arrived fully prepared. We were very impressed with the amount of work she had already done. Although it was her first listing in this suburb, she already knew more about the area than we did! All facets of the sale were clearly explained, there were no surprises. Once the house was listed, Marisa kept us informed on every interested party, not making any moves until she had consulted, first, with us. At all times we felt we were in control.
