My experience with working along side with Martia has been a trusting and dilgent experience. My questions and concerns were answered and taken cared of aswell as the successful and persuasive transition in selling me the property. Marita was patient and puts her morals before legal forms in selling a property.

After dealing with a number of different real estate agents in a sellers market, I was coming up against ones who were extremely arrogant. The majority of real estate agents I was encountering also had no care factor. Not so with Marita! After explaining some of the terrible experiences I've had (including one where we had left a deposit and signed a contract with another agent only to be told that the vendor had decided to continue having open homes to push our offer up), Marita gave me a lot of attention and was empathetic towards me, and understood that I was a ready-to-go buyer. Marita explained her process for buying a house and it was extremely fair towards all other potential buyers in my eyes. She asked for an initial offer, and then gave each and every buyer a second chance with a final offer. I was lucky enough to have the winning bid and so purchased my home. I find her to be fair, polite, prompt with all of her calls and an honest person to do business with. I would highly recommend Marita for buying a property, and will be in contact with her when I am ready to sell. 10/10

She showed us some houses that were sold to give us an understanding how prices can fluctuate at any time. We authorized her to check our house and she made recommendations of possible market prices. She constantly update us and admire her sales techniques that lead to the sale of our property in a very short time even exceeding the agreed price. In our dealings with her, she's very knowledgeable in the property market, very honest opinions that leads us to sell, and her excellent customer service throughout the process. We are so confident that she's a TOP seller and wil recommend her to anyone who are planning to sell their property.
