Marize was perfect for us to work with; she was direct and to the point, gave us excellent advice, and she really knows Mosman inside out! She was thoughtful of our needs throughout the process, minimising stress and inconvenience, and realised a result that worked perfectly for our family. She has also provided advice and support that was well beyond the scope of her remit. It was a pleasure to work with someone so efficient, knowledgable and committed, and she clearly surrounds herself with a team that is more than competent. We would work again with Marize in a heartbeat.

Marize knowledge, experience and ability to listen were outstanding Her commitment to us as the prospective Buyers was second only to her commitment to the Vendor. We knew she worked for the Vendor but she helped us 'navigate' through the process to achieve a WIN/WIN fro all parties

Marize, Bruce & Maddison at Stone Real Estate Mosman made selling our home a seamless & easy experience. They were available at all times to answer any of our questions, and made us feel like valued clients. They oversaw all aspects of our campaign with ease, organising the house styling beautiful photography & video. We were kept informed at all times when prospective buyers inspected our home. It took the pressure off what may have otherwise been a stressful time. We sold our property during a Covid lockdown, which presented its own set of challenges in terms of opens however they still managed to do this within the guidelines which made us feel confident. We ended up selling for a record price in our street , which was handled with such enthusiasm and experience… a wonderful final result. I would not hesitate to recommend the team at Stone Real Estate Mosman to anyone looking to sell or buy.

We were very happy to have Marize and her team handle all aspects of renting out our parents' home and then selling. Renting out to a good tenant and handling all tenant requests and day to day maintenance issues was very efficient. The sales campaign proceeded smoothly and with a very good result. We were very pleased to take all of Marize's recommendations and rely on her professional expertise and strategy.

We were really impressed with Marize's communication and expertise. The buying experience was made simple in a challenging market! Marize's attention to detail and follow up following the purchase was also really appreciated. Highly recommend Marize, Bruce and her team!

We would like to thank Marize and her fantastic team for being a wonderful advocate for us as the purchaser’s and for the vendor. At all times, Marize was extremely genuine and professional along with giving her soft personal touch.

Marize and her team were a pleasure to work with. From my initial meeting I could tell that they were knowledgable, professional and great people. Marize was able to achieve a premium result that was above what I had expected. I would highly recommend them.

I bought my property through Marize Bellomo and twelve years later I partnered with her for the sale. These have been the best financial decisions Ive made. Throughout the process, I felt confident in Marize’s expertise in valuing the property and approach to market which delivered to me an outstanding result, beyond expectations. I appreciated Marize’s frank professionalism and was impressed with her ability to deliver on her word. It is rare to come across agents such as Marize and I highly recommend anyone considering selling has a discussion with her.

After relocating back to Sydney and dealing with shockingly ruthless agents, our faith in the industry was restored when we met Marize and Maddy from Stone real estate in Mosman. We were literally about to give up and take on a rented property. We are now happily settled in our new family home. The professional and personal service and support from Stone carried us throughout the buying process and continued after settlement. We cannot thank these ladies enough. The experience was one of a kind !

Marize was great to work with. She went out of her way to assist, but more importantly understood the product. Great Sales Person

Marize was so supportive from finding us a rental, helping with all aspects of preparing house for sale and throughout the marketing and sale process. Marize knows the market and I felt very confident having the sale of my house in her hands. Would highly recommend her.
