Helped us through a number of hurdles to a great result!

Marize and Alanna were very helpful and patient getting my parents house ready for sale, organising a handyman, painter etc to make it ready for the new owners. Photographer took great photos, sales campaign went smoothly, and we had 47 groups through on the 1st open day! Not surprisingly we sold before auction after 2 weeks. Marize was remarkable negotiating with the first buyer whose finance sadly fell through, then with the successful buyer. Marize gave us a very accurate idea of the price we could expect, and we sold for a price we were happy with.
