We had issues with settlement not Mark’s fault but to do with seller. Settlement was 21 days after finance we extended to 28 days when seller asked for more time he then asked to extend again which we denied but took another 4days. When it came to getting the keys mark told us seller was still in house at 1pm. Unsure if he had made it clear to his client that he had to be out by 12pm the day after settlement. Mark didn’t want to help. I had to move in that weekend as I only had access to moving van that day. Seller finally left at 6pm.

Found Mark to be professional, clear communicator and great person to deal with and would recommend him to any potential property seller.
