Thru a recommendation, I made contact with Mark Allen, of Hardcourt Community Buderim, with the view of acting on my behalf for selling a property in Wurtulla Qld, I Inherited. From start to finish, Mark demonstrated extreme professionalism, he was very proactive in keeping me informed in all the stages of the process from engagement thru to the sale, which took approximately 60 days, (which included guiding me thru the legalities) This is especially needs to be noted, reason being that I do not reside in Australia. All of his hard work, had to be carried out remotely, via calls and video links between Aus. & the UK (10 Hr. Diff.). I would recommend Mark to anyone, either buying or selling a property,.
