Trying to purchase a property during various COVID-19 related restrictions can be challenging due to the unavailability of some of the services that you require to make a purchase eg councils, banks etc. During the process Mark kept us up todate with the whole process, was very understanding & accommodating every time we faced a delay that was outside of our control.
