At the outset of our interface with Mark we received a balanced realistic assessment of where our property stood in the market - which proved to be one hundred percent accurate on sale of the property. Mark proved a carefully compiled presentation of the property for internet and brochure presentation of the property dealing with the sensitivity of the property being tenant occupied, similarly sales visits were handled dealing with this aspect also. At all times we were kept informed of the sales enquiry feedback - we felt connected and informed as to the progress of the sales process.
