Mark works hard for his vendor and carries out the vendor's wishes to the letter. When I first met Mark I was so impressed with his professional attitude towards the lady who was selling a property I was absolutely desperate to purchase. He had been given instructions by the family and he did not deviate, although I was begging !! This is what made me choose him; I knew that I could rely on him to do what I wanted and he did. He was very amenable to my expectations on price and worked hard to achieve a result that has given me the desired outcome and with a minimum of stress. His communication skills are excellent, his patience, his cheerful disposition and his work ethic are all of the highest order. He listens, he acts and he delivers. It was an easy choice to list my property with Mark again.
