We couldn't be happier with the service we received from Mark Ashley in the sale of our property. Having only built our 'forever' home two years earlier, it was a difficult time to let it go when our circumstances changed. Given that we were not planning on selling so soon, we had spent quite of bit on finishing the home, with top quality fixtures and fittings and many extras that you probably wouldn't bother with if building an investment property. Accordingly we were priced at the higher end of the market and Mark was presented with quite a challenge to find a buyer that would appreciate the extra touches. Mark spent the time to really get to know our property and accordingly was able to match it with the perfect buyers in a reasonably short space of time. Mark was attentive, professional and always available, even with his own life being particularly busy at the time having twins arrive early!!!
