Their communication was second to none. I always knew how the open homes went within 15 minutes of them finishing. Walking distance to all of Airlie Beach . Once to book in ,no need to use your car, everything is at you finger tips . Great place to stay .
Mark did everything right by the Seller, which is to be expected & we paid probably 2% more than we thought was the perfect price, but at the end of the day when you fall in love with a property & its location what is 2% and value lies in the eyes of the beholder. Mark is an absolute property professional & if i was selling a property in this location i would 100% ask Mark to handle the sale.
