Mark is a bit of a guru. He knows the market, knows what buyers are looking for and knows how to make it happen. He advised me on how I should present my property, helped me arrange tradespeople to do the work, timed the sale perfectly and had the property sold in only a couple of days from its release for a good price. I'd recommend him. Just make sure you listen to what he tells you because he knows his stuff.
