I first met Mark 20 years ago when he sold our home in Pymble. He achieved a great result for us then and did the same this year - under the somewhat difficult circumstances of COVID-19 restrictions and associated uncertainties. He also showed immense consideration while I was dealing with some serious family health issues; being very family oriented himself, he was incredibly supportive and maintained excellent communication throughout. Mark is extremely hard-working and reliable. If he says he's going to do something - he does. He doesn't promise what cannot be delivered and he is transparent with all correspondence. Mark provides all the information he can and suggests options but is not at all pushy. Above all, Mark is not just a good agent, but a genuine guy with a great sense of humour ... which is exactly what you need when you go through the stressful task of selling your home. I recommend him without hesitation and would definitely employ him again.

Mark took on the sale of my home amidst the Corona Virus restrictions. Selling your home can be stressful enough let alone during a time of the unknown. He handled the whole process with calm, ease and professionalism. Nothing was ever a problem, he delegated his time to ensure he could give you 100%.
