We couldn't have asked for more. When we appointed Mark we had never sold a house in Sydney and never participated in an auction, either as buyer or seller. Mark talked us through the process, mapped out the various scenarios that could come up along the way, discussed his strategy and gave us advice on how to best present the house for marketing/open houses etc. We met with Mark weekly and talked most days as he kept us informed on the interest in the house, his discussions with interested buyers etc. He made sure we were informed an comfortable throughout. The marketing campaign that Mark ran had great success with well over 100 groups viewing the house, more than 20 contracts issued and most importantly, a successful sale! The sale price was also in line with his original advice on what to expect. Mark knew the area well, understood what other properties were on the market and what buyers would be looking for.
