He provided advice as to the best time to sell, how to improve the presentation of the house, gave me contact details of tradespeople who could undertake maintenance work at short notice and at reasonable rates. He explained the sale process to me every step of the way and gave me recommendations which helped me make decisions. He has extensive experience and up to date knowledge of the area. I felt he had my interests at heart. I was very comfortable in dealing with him and with Lynn Burke. Lynn was the efficient organiser of everything that was needed for a smooth and successful sale and a great moral support. Both worked tirelessly and I have no hesitation in recommending them to others.
