Mark had private discussions with my mortgage broker who both agreed on a mortgage rate before I did! The mortgage broker "Search Mortgages" delayed the process, against my instructions, and missed the first settlement date. He then contacted mark to serve a $550 notice on me, in an effort to apply pressure and have me accept the high rate of interest. Disgusting behaviour from companies that are suppose to assist with the buying and selling of a home. Mark made the buying of this home a nightmare for me. I have many questions about the home that still remain unanswered. Mark ignored my instructions about receiving propaganda and continued to email and post his sales material to me. I had to unregister myself from his mailing lists a number of times. After all his failed communication, failure to assist in any way, and the serving of a legal notice and fine, he had to audacity to send a Christmas card! Be very careful if you are buying from this agent.
