To Mark and the team Firstly, a huge thanks for selling our home under the hammer on the 1st February 2020. Our home had been on the market for quite a while, it wasn’t until we changed our agent to Mark Carew and he convinced us to sell by Auction, that we decided to give it a go. Selling by Auction was never a preferred method of selling but we have since changed our minds!! Mark went beyond the ‘call of duty’ – as we were absent from the property a lot of the time – Mark was always there to let tradies access the property, water the lawn, or even skim the leaves out of the pool. Nothing was ever an issue. During the Auction campaign, which was a month leading up to the Auction, he never run out of suggestions of how to market and advertise the property in difference forms of media. We were surprised at the number of people we were getting at each Open Home – these were genuine interested people – we had never had Open Homes in the entire period of the property on the market, this was our choice hence the property was on the market a long time.
