My husband Digby and myself found Mark to be one of the most helpful agents we have dealt with. We have been buying and selling properties for 50 years and found that Mark saved us a considerable amount of money. This was with the Deprecation Schedules of the 2 properties we purchased from him,the Landlord’s Insurance as well as helping with the price that was negotiated if we purchased not one but two units. This deal was satisfactory to the seller and ourselves as we only wanted to purchase one unit,but we then decided to buy one in our Super Fund and one in our own names. We had all of our properties insured with the NRMA and the premium with Mark’s recommendation was 1/2 the quote from NRMA.Last week we decided to get quotes from Allianz for 3 other Landlord's Policies and the premiums are again 1/2 the amount with better cover from Allianz than The NRMA charge a fee for monthly payments, we are going to cancel the 3 policies – although they are not due and we will be better covered for less monetary outlay and be able to pay the premium monthly at no extra cost Mark has been updating us with the market continually since we purchased the 2 units and we would recommend him and his staff to anyone thinking of buying or selling property. We had to have all our properties in the Super Fund valued for Taxation and we have had an increase in value on both properties, again Mark gave me the names of the 2 Certifiers for me to chose one, also the rent we were informed by Mark when we purchased had been achieved. We always only purchase where there are Onsite Managers and Mark understood that we would not be giving him the properties to rent and he understood this and we still received good service. Digby and I had not met Mark before the day another agent from Hope Island that had just sold a property took us to look at Coast West and we began negotiations to purchase with Mark.

Mark was fantastic throughout the whole process. He was very black and white with what he expected from our sale, the feedback from potential buyers and regarding our feedback. Mark would always call and text regarding every open home and any potential leads. Mark was always willing to have open homes for more prospective buyers. Mark was always contactable after hours, which was great to have. Mark's team at Labrador are very professional too. Every piece of the sale was actioned quickly with transparent communication.
