On deciding to sell my property I rang around a number of agents on the weekend- first to get information on what their rates and commission were, and secondly to see who would answer my call straight away. Not only was Marks fee structure the simplest to understand without a lot of confusing packages etc, but was very competitive on comparison to other agents!
