We would have no hesitation in recommending Mark as the top sales agent in the Cairns region. We have been completely blown away by his level of professionalism, communication and his strong market knowledge. We live in Broome so when we made the decision to sell our house in Cairns, we thought it was going to be stressful to be so far away. We had previously listed the property a few years ago with another agent and were so disappointed with the whole process. I doubt this level of service is offered by anyone else - Mark genuinely caters for all needs in the listing process, he does not just slap up a For Sale sign and hope for the best. The communication throughout the advertising and viewing process was second to none - even with the time differences to consider. We received multiple offers and Mark talked us through them all and answered any questions we had. He was patient, understanding and professional. Once the property was under contract, Mark still visited the empty house every few days just to check on it and make sure it was all OK. That's not in most sales agent's job descriptions but it appears to be in Mark's. Our house settled today and we are the happiest family in the world. Do not settle for second or third best when you can list with Mark Carmady and absolutely get the best.
