Excellent agent

I recently signed up with Mark regarding the sale of my rental property. He was very professional in all aspects of his communication with me. He was always on time to meet me if required. His communication was excellent, always responding straight away with an informative and respectful manner. Mark had qualified potential buyers viewing my property almost immediately and he had two contracts at the price we agreed on, within days. The purchaser wanted a rapid move in date so settlement was expedited and everything was completed. Within 5 weeks of my initial meeting with Mark, my property was sold and completely finalised. You couldn't ask for a better outcome. He worked very hard behind the scenes to make it happen and I couldn't of been happier with his overall work ethic. I would absolutely recommend Mark and I would certainly use him again when buying or selling another property.
