Mark was professional, prompt and patient at all times during the purchasing process. Mark maintained a high level of communication at any time of the day and provided clear and concise instructions and guidance. Mark displayed commitment and dedication to not only his organisation but to all parties involved in the sales of the property. I am unable to find fault with Mark, simply an amazing and streamlined experience, and I thank him for every effort. I am truly grateful.
