Multiple small mistakes, the last one being that they even had the wrong property lot number on the contract (our family home, instead of vacant land), which I assume the solicitors would have found, even I hadn’t. They lost the first signed contract, which subsequently fell through. Our saleman left and no-one told us, I found out two weeks later when I called them to see why there had been no contact. The For Sale sign was put in front of the wrong proprty for a week (again, I had to call to have it rectified). Four months to sell, instead of four weeks, as told to expect. Etc...
