We have sold 2 properties at the one location via Mark. The first was an unusual house which attracted a heap of strange contracts that did not complete for a variety of reasons. Did not matter to Mark, just did another "open inspection" until he secured a contract that stuck. We then decided to look at selling a subdivided block, gave Mark a silly figure and told him not to bother us with offers, he came back within 24 hours with a contract. Pretty happy with the result overall.

Mark really knows what he is doing we had a different real-estate trying to sell the block nothing at all in 4 months we got mark on board sold the property in 2 days.
