We first approached Mark to view a listing in Calderwood and he went out of his way to show us a couple of recently completed homes in the area so that we could compare styles and layouts and had plenty of options. Within a week we had fallen in love with a property and Mark encouraged us to table an offer that was favourable to both us and the vendor which was accepted. Then Mark organised literally everything for us from a solicitor to a blinds provider and even liased with our bank, the whole process was so much easier than I could have ever imagined especially being first home buyers. We were nervous about being overwhelmed but Mark's experience and local industry knowledge, along with his organisational skills and behind the scenes effort made the whole experience a pleasure.
