Unfortunately the disappointment in initial appraisal pricing was due to several material facts regarding the cultural heritage overlay and the Section 173 agreement on title with conditions, which where only known & disclosed to us once we received the Vendor Statement from the Solicitor and further documentation obtained from the relevant authourities that potentially limited the use of the lot for some interested parties.
