When it came time to sell our house, there was no question about using Mark as our agent. At our initial meeting, Mark presented us with in depth reports and information about sales in our area, as well as a recommended strategy. Never did he push us to do as he said, but presented a solid argument to back his recommendations and said he would do whatever it was that we preferred.
