As first home buyers 3 years ago, Mark made the process of entering the property market a breeze. The came time to upgrade/upsize, and who better to sell the house than the Agent who sold it to us. We needed a quick sale, but didn't want to settle on a lower sale price because of this. Mark and his team through everything they had at the sale of our home and for 2 weeks, we had ongoing requests for private inspections. When Mark set the $$ for our property, I honestly thought he was mad, but he did it. He got us the exact amount he said he would, plus a settlement to fit in with the purchase of our new property.
