I am pleased to say my dealings with Mark and his team have ben easy and pleasant. HIs office staff have been thorough and helpful via email and my occasional phone calls. Mark missed responding to my texts in a timely fashion occasionally but he apologised for his oversight due to busyness. And we did have a slight mix-up over missed messages regarding exchange of contracts dates. But his staff sorted it out for me and my solicitor without too much drama.
