Very impressed with Mark and his team from the offset, Not being familiar with the area it was key to gain the right information to ensure we were making the right decisions for our family and Mark was there every step to assist with that. It would be easy to think as the sellers agent you wouldn't get the same service but this couldn't be further from the truth and the fact that we are after the sale very much in contact with the previous owners bears testament to how amicable the sale was, there was certainly a challenge or two along the way but all were easily dealt with and we now have a family home we are very happy with. I highly recommend Mark Daniel from Explore Property. I explained to him the sort of property I was looking for and the specific suburbs. He sourced properties for me to view. He made regular contact and if he was unable to personally show me a listing he organised for his associate Adam to show me through the property.
