Waterloo Unit Buyer

Mark was the Vendor's agent on two Waterloo units we were interested in. Mark and Caroline were very responsive and timely in dealing with all our information requests and clearly communicated the Vendor's position for each property. While disappointed to lose out on the first one, we were successful on the second. Both were sales pre-auction and Mark achieved great results for the the Vendors while leaving us as a purchaser feeling (in both cases) we had been given all the information we needed and had participated on a level playing field with other interested parties.
