I recently got to know Mark when he acted as my agent to sell my house in South Kingsville. During the whole process Mark's communication was excellent and clear. He was in touch daily, either by phone or by my preference which was email and text. Before I signed with Mark, he put me at ease and took the time to sit down with me and explain the process, fees and contract. He also gave me tips on how to present my house and suggested I engage a stylist, who was also excellent. Then during the negotiation phase Mark was transparent in all the conversations I had with him and kept me updated as offers came in. Finally, my house was sold before auction for a price which exceeded my expectations.
