Mark Deegan was both honest and reasonable with the appraisal of our property. He acheived in 3 weeks what we couldnt in 3 months with another agent. He was communicative at all times and available to us if we needed answers. Mark is unassuming and not over bearing, two traits that we look for in a real estate agent. Probably a bigger plus is that we knew if Mark was unavailable he had a large team behind him to deal with any potential buyers. He also has a lucky coin which worked for us ;-]
