We found a property we really wanted. Mark made the whole process quick and easy and we were able to secure the property at a price we were happy with.

Mark approached me politely and professionally to follow up on a market appraisal he did 2 years ago . I wasn't super keen to sell so I told Mark if he could get me a good price I would sell . He got back to me and suggested a target price I was happy with . He didn't charge anything for advertising !! He got a lot of people through the house under difficult circumstances with the house being tenanted and quickly found " the one " whose initial offer was very acceptable - and that figured was bumped up to within 1% of the target price .
