Excellent Communication skills and local knowledge

Mark has excellent communication skills and after outlaying Demians marketing plan for us always kept us informed of progress. Demians had great local knowledge of sales and also buyers wants so could match buyers with the right house. I would not hesitate to recommend Mark and the team at Demians to our neighbours and friends. We now count Mark and Michael as friends too
