Honestly, people tell me buying a house is going to be so stressful and after dealing with Mark with this purchase... I'm wondering where the stress is. Any questions or concerns have been answered and looked after. If an answer wasn't known, it was found out straight away. One of my favourite things about Mark is his personality and people skills. The house we bought wasn't the first house we looked at on the market for sale by Demian's and each time we visited one of their open homes we were greeted happily on a first name basis. The kindness and transparency throughout the sale of our home has been amazing and I can't recommend Mark or the rest of the team at Demian's enough when you're buying a property. Definitely hope to deal with them again in the future.
