We were over the moon with the price we got for our place and I really believe it was down to Mark's brilliant auctioneer skills. He's very good at his job and has great knowledge on the manningham area which is what you want when selling your property.
What impressed me the most about Mark was that he didn't give us false hope, he encouraged us to research sales in the area during the campaign and make our own decision as to what our property was worth. Each week he sent a full review of interest in our house and clearly went through with us what would happen on the day of auction. We set our reserve at a conservative price compared to recent sales and were very happy with the outcome on the day that was much higher than expected.
