This is the second investment property Mark has sold for us. Both campaigns were the same however the outcomes were slightly different. With the second sale we waited for a couple weeks as it didn't sell at auction. Mark continued to work diligently until we got the desired outcome. Mark guided me through a 4 week campaign of an auction. He was knowlegable about the market and was forthcoming about all inspections. On auction day, he performed concisely to all at the auction. The people who showed interest , during the campaign, were all present at auction day. The property was sold after keen bidding by 2 groups.

Mark worked with a number of potential buyers for us in a very challenging market. We didn't realise the price we wanted to but that was much more about the market than about Mark's efforts and knowledge - and we did sell so that's obviously what we were after.
