Mark dunmop was available 24/7 for all my pestering questions. He dug up every piece of information I asked for no matter how wild or out there! He made our purchase of the property as seamless as humanly possible. Other agents had made me feel uncomfortable while i was making queries to purchase. Mark made me feel that no matter what he would find the perfect home for us. When we eventually sell, it will only be with Mark as our agent. I know he got the best price humanly possible because it was just within a hair's breath of our budget. And it was still a happy purchase. He covered the legal aspect so there is no responsibility of covering any misguidance from the agent, by the seller (something we learnt along the way from our legal representation regarding other agencys.) The entire process , with mark was actually enjoyable! A rare exprience when looking for a house. I honestly can't rate him enough. I wish there was more budge on the price point, but also from the perspective of the seller that's a really good thing, hence why we will only sell through Mark. He made at a good experience all around.
