Calming presence in a stressful situation

Mark was a fabulous agent, He was well mannered, calm, sensitive and extremely patient. He listened to us and was always open to suggestions. He gave honest feedback and was extremely diligent in his communications with potential buyers. He thought of every detail, from welcome mats on rainy days, to advice about furniture placement to maximize the size of walkways in the house on days when inspections were busy. He was patient with my lack of experience with selling a house and the necessary paperwork involved, and handled negotiations with difficult potential buyers with professionalism and patience.
