I first heard of Mark Edwards when my niece was selling her late mother and fathers home in West Melton. She had, due to the grieving process, left the selling of the family home until 2 months before she and her brother would have been taxed by our Government on their inheritance. She came by Mark after hearing from a friend how Well Trained and Skilled their people were. Mark put a valuation on her home that I personally thought was very generous and told her that he would have the house sold in the allotted timeframe. I thought, I don't think so as the market in Melton had not boomed as it has recently. My Niece rang me within the week and told me that Mark had indeed sold the house and had not only sold for the price he valued it at, also he had a 30day unconditional sale. We contacted Mark who again did a valuation which was way above what we expected, he was confident and said if it didn't sell he would buy it himself. After a THREE WEEK MARKETTING STRATEGY our house went to Auction. We not only achieved the price Mark had guaranteed but sold for $61,000 MORE. Throughout both transactions we found Mark to be honest hardworking and kept us informed at every turn. We would not hesitate to recommend him to any one wanting to sell or purchase a home.
