I don't think we'll ever have the right words to say or write down to truly express how happy we were with dealing with Mark. This is our first home and as you can imagine, it's been super stressful! We had been looking for close to 6 months for a home and it felt like we were never to going to achieve the dream! Along popped up this house online and before Mark could show through anyone, he happily arranged a private viewing for us immediately. Less than a week later we put in an offer, I got the call at 8pm that same night and our offer was approved *cue squealing, jumping up & down and crazy amounts of excitement* I can only imagine how "annoying" we've become with the constant questions, wanting to visit the property to measure up and whatever else we've asked; but Mark has been more than accommodating. No question has ever been too silly and no request ever seemed unreasonable. Settlement is coming up and we can't wait to get the keys.
