We had originally intended to rent our home and after interviewing several agents, we decided we would list when ready with Mark from Cube Real Estate - being not too big and not too small, upfront with all expenses with reasonable commissions. As we readied the house, we changed our minds and decided to sell instead - again with Cube with reasonable (fixed) commissions which included photos and marketing. I was impressed with the professionalism of his team and the marketing they did. We decided to style the house and engaged one that was recommended to us--and I was glad we did. It was good dealing with the principal of the business rather than an employee. The whole process of styling, the photos and open house were managed well. There was never any pressure, the team were easy to communicate with, pleasant and sincere.
