We had been looking for a property for a number of months and met a LOT of agents along the way. The housing market here is booming, so agents have never been more busy. We must have seen over 40 properties in only a few months and we found that many agents simply asked us to "like their page" so we could see new listings, but Mark was different. We met Mark at an open home and, even though there were plenty of other people there, he found the time to chat with us and answer any questions we had. The house was selling at Auction, so we were obviously quite nervous about purchasing under these conditions, again we felt very comfortable with Mark and, before we knew it, we bought the house at the auction! Mark introduced us to the owners (who were in attendance at the auction) who were also delighted with the result and were also really nice people. It was definitely the smoothest and least stressful home purchase of our lives.
