This agent's communication, both as a sales agent and a property manager were poor. Not being based in Melbourne, I relied on the agent for communication about the state of the property. However, it was only through a structural report undertaken as part of the sales process that I found that the back fence had bent in to the point it was pushing against the carport frames. Additionally, I approved an inspection of the smoke detectors in early 2019 - this was not undertaken until July 2019 - three weeks after I had sold the property, yet I was still charged for it. There was also a communication breakdown relating to installation of an oven in the weeks prior to sale.

Mark has been a pleasure to deal with for the sale of our home. Might I add while the home in question was rented out by Raine and Horne was also great. Mark sold out house in record time and also more importantly with an outstanding outcome. One very happy customer here.
