Mark did a phenomenal job selling our home. Not only did he achieve an excellent result and above our expectations but also sensibly optimised the marketing campaign. Mark recommended we complete a soft approach pre Christmas (off Market) but making sure we were first off the rank in the new year and it proved to be a great success. His knowledge of the suburb and surrounding areas was top class. Mark is a Master negotiator, but provides complete transparency. Overall could not be happier and would award 10 stars if we could.
