Mark was personable and relatable - my husband, Rob, who usually avoids talking with sales people; easily chatted with Mark for close on an hour over the two inspections. Mark was responsive to our questions/ concerns and sent through additional information promptly. Mark kept us informed throughout the negotiations and counter-offers. It is rare to find a salesperson that is so neutral between the buyer and seller. Then when we had a family crisis he continued to check in and supported me through the entire process with such a calming influence and real support. I love the home I am now living in.
