We purchased Garrick St off Mark several years ago and when it came time to sell he was the first person we called. Mark is a straight shooter, honest and transparent. We discussed price and strategy and we were very comfortable with the sale being a slow burn, as this is a holiday home we were accepting that buyers weren't going to be in abundance but we couldn't have been more wrong. Mark took one buyer through in the first week and within 7 days we had an unconditional sale at a price above our expectations. We will never use another local agent, Mark is quite simply the best!
